Summary
Airwallex is seeking a Senior Data Scientist, Algorithm (Growth) to join their team in San Francisco, CA. The role involves partnering with the Marketing team to derive actionable data-driven insights and directly impact business outcomes.
About the Role
As a Senior Data Scientist, you will develop predictive models to identify high-value users, apply machine learning to measure the impact of Marketing initiatives, and design experiments to assess the effectiveness of campaigns. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and execute go-to-market strategies.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years industry experience and an advanced degree (PhD or MS) in a quantitative field (e.g. Statistics, Engineering, Sciences, Computer Science, Economics).
- Experience with communicating the results of analyses to executives and cross-functional teams.
Preferred:
- Expert in data querying languages (e.g. SQL), scripting languages (e.g. Python), and/or statistical/mathematical software (e.g. R).
- Experience in technology, financial services and/or a high growth environment.
