Summary
Airwallex is seeking a Senior Data Scientist, Analytics (Growth) to join their team in San Francisco, CA. The role involves partnering with the Marketing team to derive actionable data-driven insights and directly impact business outcomes.
About the Role
As a Senior Data Scientist, you will analyze data to assess performance and ROI of Marketing initiatives, develop dashboards and reports for stakeholders, and be the subject matter expert for Marketing KPIs. You will collaborate with various teams to identify opportunities for improvement in Marketing strategies and support experiments to measure the impact of ad spend and brand campaigns.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years industry experience and an advanced degree (PhD or MS) in a quantitative field (e.g. Statistics, Engineering, Sciences, Computer Science, Economics).
- 2+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics or a similar role.
- Expert in data querying languages (e.g. SQL), scripting languages (e.g. Python), and/or statistical/mathematical software (e.g. R).
Preferred:
- Experience in digital marketing channels, including email, paid ads, and SEO.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Marketo, and Salesforce.
- Ability to perform statistical analysis and develop machine learning models.
