Zotec Partners is seeking a Senior Desktop Support Specialist to join their Corporate Headquarters team in Carmel, IN. The role involves providing technical support to corporate executives and ensuring operational efficiency of IT systems.
About the Role
As a Senior Desktop Support Specialist, you will serve as the first line of technical support for Zotec’s Corporate Executives, Vice Presidents, Directors, and Product Development teams. Your responsibilities will include providing white-glove support, performing hardware deployments and troubleshooting, maintaining video conferencing systems, and managing IT asset inventory. You will also ensure that executive offices and collaborative spaces are fully operational and participate in the IT Support on-call rotation.
About You
Required:
- 3–5 years of experience in a professional IT support environment, preferably supporting senior leadership.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact confidently and professionally with executives and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Experience supporting Microsoft Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android environments.
Preferred:
- Hands-on experience with printers, PaperCut, scanners, conferencing systems, and wall display technologies.
- Experience setting up and configuring conference rooms and workspace environments.
- Proficiency with Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, ClickUp, and Citrix.
- Experience with device imaging and management tools such as Microsoft Intune and JAMF.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred but not required.
