- Understanding of OBS Studio and Premiere Pro, with live TV production knowledge.
- Strong interest in local news, storytelling, and growing audiences.
- Excellent editorial judgment, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Portfolio of live, published web samples and/or print work.
- Understanding of Google Analytics.
- Comfortable on camera if needed.
- Enjoy working in teams and excellent interpersonal skills.
