About the Role
As a Senior Director, Project Delivery, you will provide executive-level leadership to a portfolio of clinical trials, mentor project managers, serve as the senior point of contact for clients, oversee study delivery activities, drive continuous improvement, collaborate with key departments, support proposal development, ensure compliance with regulations, and champion a culture of quality and operational excellence.
About You
Required:
- Extensive experience (10+ years) in clinical project management, including global trial oversight.
- Proven leadership experience, including direct line management of project delivery teams.
- Deep therapeutic knowledge in Oncology clinical trials.
- Strong financial acumen, including ownership of budgets, forecasting, and resource allocation.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a hands-on, collaborative approach.
- Solid understanding of ICH-GCP and global regulatory environments (e.g., FDA, EMA, TGA).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat).
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, healthcare, or related field.
Preferred:
- Previous CRA or clinical site management experience.
- Advanced degree in a relevant field.
