About the Role
As the Senior Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies for Flex and Installments products, collaborating with various teams to enhance product performance and customer success. You will lead initiatives to unlock new payment volumes and manage key partnerships while balancing regional and global growth opportunities.
About You
Required:
- 12+ years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 10+ years with an Advanced degree, or 5+ years with a PhD.
- Proven ability to define and refine long-term product visions aligned with technology trends and customer needs.
- Experience in leading market research and strategic insight generation for product decisions.
- Strong track record in scenario planning and investment decision-making.
- Expertise in roadmap prioritization and capacity planning across multiple products.
Preferred:
- 15+ years of experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 12 years with an Advanced Degree.
- Experience in financial services, fintechs, telecom, retail, and ecommerce.
- Proven experience in P&L ownership and understanding of macroeconomics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with product development life cycle and managing complex projects.
