About the Role
As a Senior Director - Integrated Risk Analytics Architect, you will be responsible for designing and building production analytics solutions, developing advanced Power BI models, and architecting scalable data infrastructure. You will lead technical discovery for analytics initiatives, develop horizon scanning capabilities to identify emerging risks, and provide mentorship to Risk Analytics Developers. This role requires deep expertise in data engineering and analytics, as well as the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, Risk Management, or related field/equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of hands-on experience building production analytics solutions with expertise in data engineering, data modeling, ETL/ELT development, and business intelligence.
- 5+ years of experience at senior levels with a record of influencing C-suite and executive leadership.
Preferred:
- Advanced degree (MS in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Analytics, or MBA with quantitative focus).
- Expert proficiency with Power BI including dashboard design and executive-level visualization.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric or equivalent modern data platforms.
- Proficiency with Python, R, and SQL.
- Experience with statistical methods and machine learning techniques applied to risk detection and prediction.
