About the Role
As a Senior Director, Application Development, Data & Analytics, you will be responsible for executing the company's enterprise technology and data strategy. This includes overseeing enterprise architecture, application development, and analytics to ensure systems are secure and scalable. You will lead cross-functional collaboration to integrate data across platforms while maintaining compliance and cybersecurity standards. Your responsibilities will include architecting IT strategies for data and analytics, developing enterprise architecture, communicating IT strategies to stakeholders, and ensuring data integrity and quality control.
About You
Required:
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Bioinformatics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior IT leadership role, preferably within a CRO or life sciences industry.
- Deep expertise in designing and implementing IT systems, including knowledge of cloud computing and cybersecurity best practices.
- Strong understanding of the regulatory and compliance landscape in clinical research.
Preferred:
- Strong technical proficiency in application development, data storage/structures, and modern integration patterns.
