About the Role
As a Senior Director, you will develop and execute a multi-year technology roadmap, drive enterprise AI adoption, partner with business leaders for process optimization, and ensure all technology initiatives are secure and compliant. You will also transform internal operations, oversee business applications, lead integration architecture, and collaborate across various business functions to improve performance.
About You
Required:
- 8+ years in technology leadership, with at least 3 years managing product or business systems teams.
- Proven experience transforming operations into product-focused organizations.
- Skilled in change management, organizational transformation, and talent development.
- Background in high-growth companies ($100M+ revenue), preferably SaaS or healthcare technology.
Preferred:
- Expertise in CRM, ERP, HR, Finance, and customer success platforms.
- Hands-on AI/automation strategy and implementation experience.
- Strong understanding of integration architecture and API management.
- Familiarity with SOC2, HIPAA, or other compliance frameworks.
- Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills.
