About the Role

As a Senior Director, Client Relations, you will lead all aspects of assigned client relationships, develop customized relationship strategies, and provide ongoing support regarding investment management options. You will also coordinate regular plan reviews, offer expert consultation on regulatory updates, and ensure compliance with ERISA regulations. Your role will involve staying informed on industry trends and contributing to a collaborative team environment.

About You

Required:

Strong understanding of ERISA regulations and fiduciary best practices.
8+ years of retirement plan related experience.
2+ years of experience leading and mentoring teams.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Demonstrated discipline maintaining client information in a CRM, Salesforce preferred.

Preferred:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
Valid relevant securities license.
Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business and technology environment.
Continual learner mentality, able to adopt new solutions and interpret the impact of new laws for prospective clients.
