About the Role
As a Senior Director Clinical Solutions, you will lead the development of business cases and cost-benefit analyses for clinical solutions. You will manage on-site assessments, analyze sales results, and maintain positive relationships with customers. Your responsibilities include collaborating with various departments, leading presentations for senior management, and driving product development based on customer insights. You will also oversee multiple managers and be accountable for strategic planning and budget management.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
- Certified as a Nurse Practitioner with appropriate state Board of Nursing credentialing.
- Certified Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) with appropriate state licensure.
- At least 8 years of clinical experience (patient care, education, or medical sales/support).
- At least 4 years of experience directly managing people.
Preferred:
- Thorough understanding of the Hospital and/or Post-Acute environment.
- Experience analyzing and reporting data to drive improvement.
- Experience building customer relationships and providing clinical consultative feedback.
- Program management skills with a proven track record.
- Experience presenting to senior management or C-suite.
