About the Role
As a Senior Director, Data Science, you will lead and grow the data science team, own strategy and delivery for modeling and analytics tools, partner with business stakeholders to translate strategic priorities into actionable analytics solutions, drive large-scale initiatives, and communicate complex technical concepts to senior leadership.
About You
Required:
- Deep knowledge of predictive analytic techniques and statistical diagnostics of models.
- Proven ability to lead and drive projects to completion through others, including managing talent.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to establish effective relationships.
Preferred:
- Advanced degree or Actuarial designation with 8+ years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate areas of senior management concern and integrate different perspectives.
