About the Role
As the Senior Director of Engineering Strategy & Analytics, you will manage the multi-year engineering strategy and annual objectives, oversee executive reporting, monitor operating-model performance, deliver analytics and insights, and conduct external benchmarking and competitor analysis.
About You
Required:
- 10+ years in engineering, operations, or analytics roles, including a mix of strategic leadership and hands-on delivery.
- Hands-on mastery of data pipelines, analytics, and visualization platforms.
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
Preferred:
- MBA preferred.
- Experience in strategic planning and executive reporting.
