- 15+ years of progressive IT leadership experience.
- Proven leadership of large-scale, multi-year transformation initiatives.

- Advanced program leadership skills with the ability to manage complex, multi-stream initiatives.
- Exceptional executive presence, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- High learning agility, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capability.
