The role involves driving the global compensation and benefits strategy, including the design, implementation, communication, and administration of compensation and benefit programs aligned with business objectives.
About the Role
As the Senior Director Global Compensation and Benefits, you will be responsible for analyzing Goodyear's compensation and benefits programs, providing expertise on global benefits program design, and ensuring alignment with corporate objectives. You will develop compensation and benefits plans, manage global compensation processes, and collaborate with HR and regional leaders to execute strategies. Additionally, you will lead and coach the benefits team, counsel HR leaders, and manage the day-to-day operations of the compensation and benefits teams.
About You
Required:
10 or more years of experience in Benefits and Compensation in a large organization.
Bachelor's degree; advanced degree preferred.
Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders.
Preferred:
Broad business experience across multiple functions and roles.
Experience with union negotiations and building business cases.
Strong experience with benchmarking benefit policies and practices.
