You will oversee campaigns, manage agencies, and ensure alignment across departments while fostering an innovative culture within the team.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in establishing and managing strategic partnerships that drive business growth.
- 3+ years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong analytical mindset with expertise in marketing attribution and funnel analysis.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
Preferred:
- In-depth knowledge of the cannabis industry, including regulatory frameworks and market trends.
- Previous leadership roles in cannabis.
