About You
- A minimum of 20 years of progressive HR Business Partnering experience with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 12 years in leading HR teams with demonstrated ability to develop talent.
- International HR Business Partner experience supporting global manufacturing sites or operations functions.
- Prior experience supporting C-suite and senior executives.
- Proven influencing and communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate at all levels.
- HR experience in biotech or life sciences manufacturing.
- Experience working with Continuous improvement and LEAN in both manufacturing and HR settings.
