ADP is hiring a Senior Director, Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) to join their team in Roseland, NJ or Alpharetta, GA. The role involves overseeing the management of digital identities and access to enterprise resources, ensuring security, compliance, and operational efficiency.
About the Role
As a Senior Director, IGA, you will lead a strategic transformation initiative centered on the implementation and modernization of identity governance using SailPoint ISC. Your responsibilities include managing identity lifecycle processes, access certification programs, policy compliance, and risk reduction through automation and governance. You will collaborate with various stakeholders including IT, HR, and legal to align IGA practices with organizational needs.
About You
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Cybersecurity, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
12+ years of experience in IT security, including 5+ years focused on Identity Governance and Administration.
5+ years’ experience in managing technical teams.
Strong expertise in SailPoint IdentityNow / IIQ or ISC.
Deep understanding of identity lifecycle management, access certification, and compliance requirements.
Preferred:
Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator / Azure Solutions Architect.
Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
Certified Information Security Manager (CISM).
Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, SOX, ISO 27001).
Knowledge of scripting or development in support of automation (e.g., PowerShell, Java).
