About You
- 8+ years of associate experience with an in-house legal department and top law firm.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a top law school.
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, communication, negotiating, drafting, and problem-solving skills.
- Very strong attention to detail.
- Sound judgment with the ability to balance legal risk and business impact in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work well with a small, tightly knit team and effectively with everyone across the organization.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
- Member in good standing of the California State Bar.
- Consumer products and beauty industry experience and/or interest.
- Experience with international businesses.
