About the Role
As a Senior Director, MACS Services, you will oversee the Instrument Service, Technical Support, and Applications teams, develop KPIs for measuring effectiveness and customer satisfaction, plan staffing based on sales forecasts, and ensure adherence to business processes. You will also work closely with the global services organization to align processes and contribute to global initiatives, participate in leadership meetings, and oversee the planning of service meetings.
About You
Required:
- B.S. or B.A. degree from a four-year college or university.
- 10+ years' experience in sales and service programs, including at least 7 years' experience in sales management in the life sciences tools industry.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in additional commercial roles such as marketing, business development, or senior leadership.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and evidence of insurance/insurability.
Preferred:
- Experience managing managers in a commercial role.
- Familiarity with industry best practices and benchmarking company performance.
