About the Role
As a Senior Director of Sales, you will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing strategic sales execution plans, identifying market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product alignment. You will lead negotiations and close complex deals in the solar and energy storage markets.
About You
Required:
- 10+ years of sales leadership experience in solar, energy storage, or power electronics.
- Proven success managing strategic accounts and closing large-scale renewable energy deals.
- Deep understanding of grid-connected and islanded systems, microgrids, and high-availability requirements.
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with power electronics and/or selling solutions into the solar and energy storage industries.
- Background in strategic and value selling.
