About the Role
As the Senior Director, you will manage and execute physician and APP compensation plan design, oversee contract life-cycle management, and ensure compliance with fair market value standards. You will collaborate with senior leadership to develop strategies and infrastructure that support the health system's goals, while also leading a multidisciplinary team focused on operational excellence and continuous improvement.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field.
- Ten (10) years' relevant experience.
Preferred:
- Experience in managing compensation models across multiple specialties.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance in physician compensation.
