You will support the development of cross-functional strategies, manage risk and issues, and ensure high-performing teams through effective governance. Your responsibilities will include coordinating TASC activities, driving consistency across teams, and seeking process improvement opportunities in drug development.
About You
Required:
- 8-10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in roles associated with drug development.
- Minimum of 5 years leading drug development teams as a cross-functional program management director.
- Experience in directly managing staff and building staff capabilities.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Broad knowledge of program management practices in the pharmaceutical industry.
Preferred:
- Experience in drug development with a focus on late-stage development.
- Experience with both global and regional teams in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Seasoned communication skills and executive presence.
