About the Role
As the Senior Director of Programming and Engagement, you will lead the Federation's engagement strategy, build high-impact relationships within the community, and serve as a connector for individuals and families to Jewish life. You will oversee outreach programs, collaborate with various stakeholders, and ensure the Federation's initiatives are inclusive and responsive to community needs.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree required; Master's in Jewish education, social work, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in community building, client services, events and programming, sales, or relationship management.
Preferred:
- Experience in nonprofit leadership, Jewish experiential education, or other areas of Jewish communal service.
- Strong knowledge of Jewish customs and traditions.
