About the Role
As the Senior Director of Site Acquisitions, you will own the full lifecycle of site acquisition, from market analysis and site identification through negotiation, due diligence, and closing. You will lead the strategy and execution for large-scale data center projects, build relationships with brokers and local authorities, and mentor a team of acquisition professionals.
About You
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in real estate, site acquisition, or development, ideally in data centers or mission-critical infrastructure.
- Proven success leading multi-site acquisition programs and cross-functional coordination from LOI through close.
- Deep expertise in U.S. real estate negotiations, land use, and entitlement processes.
- Strong due diligence experience across environmental, utilities, zoning, and permitting domains.
- Data center siting knowledge including power, fiber, cooling, and tax/incentive structures.
- Financial fluency in real estate underwriting, scenario modeling, and ROI analysis.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience in public and regulatory settings.
- Bachelor's degree required.
Preferred:
- Master's degree or MBA preferred.
- LEED or sustainability credential a plus.
