About the Role
As the Senior Director/Director of Brand & Creative Marketing, you will partner with various teams to operationalize Cvent's brand strategy, ensuring effective translation across all touchpoints. You will guide the brand's creative application, develop scalable brand systems, champion storytelling excellence, and lead a social-first creative approach. Additionally, you will shape a cohesive digital experience, mentor a global creative team, and integrate AI into creative processes to enhance output quality.
About You
Required:
- 10+ years of creative, brand, or design leadership experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology.
- Experience developing creative for global brands with large, diverse audiences.
- A portfolio showcasing systems-level thinking and digital-first creative execution.
- Proven leadership of creative teams and agency partners across disciplines.
Preferred:
- Strong fluency in modern creative tools and AI-enabled creative workflows.
- Exceptional communication and strategic thinking skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build high-functioning teams and guide change with empathy.
