- 5-10 years of related experience in document and record management.
- Computer proficiency and data entry skills.
- Keen sense of process flow and practical requirements.
- Good understanding of human factors.
- Previous work in industrial settings.
- Highly organized.
- Control Plan and FMEA understanding.
- ISO 9001 Document Control Requirements.
- Drawing Control experience.
- Experience with document control systems such as COREWORX, PROCORE, OMNEX, or HEXAGON Ecosys.
- Understanding of manufacturing controls.
- Operations and Capital Projects document control experience with document storage and approval workflow.
Rare earth materials are fundamental building blocks of the modern economy. We own and operate Mountain Pass, America's only scaled rare earth mining and processing site, located in California's high desert, 50-minutes from the Las Vegas Strip. Our first magnetics manufacturing facility is located in Fort Worth, Texas.
