Perkins Coie is seeking a Senior E-Billing Specialist to join their team remotely. The role involves managing all aspects of invoice submissions via e-billing and resolving related issues for the firm's e-billed clients.
About the Role
As a Senior E-Billing Specialist, you will prepare LEDES files for submission, assist with complex client e-billing, monitor invoice validations, and provide technical support to billing attorneys. You will also track timekeepers, calculate monthly accruals, and collaborate with the collections team to reconcile accounts.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of five years' experience with legal e-billing.
- Experience with major e-billing systems such as Legal Tracker, CounselGO, and Brightflag.
- Intermediate Excel skills (vLookup and Pivot Tables).
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with eBilling Hub and Elite 3E.
- AA or BA degree.
