CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) is seeking a Senior eDiscovery Technical Advisor with Top Secret Clearance to join their team in Rockville, MD. The role involves providing expertise in electronic discovery processes to support legal accounts.
About the Role
As a Senior eDiscovery Technical Advisor, you will be responsible for identifying, preserving, collecting, processing, and producing electronically stored information (ESI) in support of civil and criminal litigation. You will work closely with the litigation team to develop discovery plans, utilize electronic discovery applications, and ensure compliance with legal standards. Your role will also include training users on electronic discovery software and providing ad hoc support as needed.
About You
Required:
- 5 years of eDiscovery/litigation support experience with a focus on client solutions.
- 3 years of progressive experience on major litigation support projects.
- 2 years of experience in Relativity, beyond document review coding.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile environment.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (active clearance preferred).
- BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience (JD highly preferred).
Preferred:
- Experience and familiarity with eDiscovery Services covering all realms of the EDRM (File to Trial).
