About the Role
About You
- 5+ years of experience with a B.S. or 3+ years with an M.S. in Electrical, Systems, or Computer Engineering.
- Experience with PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, servo systems, motor controllers, and Rockwell Studio 5000.
- Strong understanding of control system architecture and functional safety.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and develop detailed design documentation.
- Experience in system commissioning, troubleshooting, and customer support.
- Familiarity with the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and time management skills.
- Must qualify as a U.S. person under ITAR regulations.
- B.S. Degree from an ABET-accredited institution.
- M.S. Degree in a related field.
- Florida E.I.T. or P.E. registration.
- 2+ years of experience in Amusement or Entertainment industries.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Eplan, or related drafting software.
- Strong knowledge of 3-phase motors and facility power systems.
- Experience with custom, high-risk engineered systems.
- Familiarity with ASTM F2291 and amusement/automation industry standards.
- Enjoys hands-on field work and problem-solving in dynamic environments.
