About the Role
As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing analog and digital circuits, performing PCB layout, and developing embedded C code for microcontrollers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system integration and compliance with medical device standards, including IEC 60601, ISO 13485, and FDA regulations. Your work will span from concept through production, supporting verification, validation, and manufacturing transfer.
About You
Required:
- B.S. in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 8-10+ years of experience in medical device design.
- Proficiency in analog/digital design, PCB tools, and embedded C.
- Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.
- Experience with low-noise analog, sensor interfaces, power management, and EMC/EMI compliance.
Benefits
- Competitive salary range of $165k–$190k/year plus sign-on bonus and stock options.
- Contract (C2C) pay rate of $80-90/hour.
