As a Senior Electrical Engineer at DLR Group, you will be responsible for developing electrical designs, preparing engineering calculations and layouts, coordinating with other disciplines, and leading project teams. You will also mentor emerging engineers and provide expertise on complex projects.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering.
- Licensed Professional Engineer.
- 10+ years' experience as an Electrical Engineer designing power and lighting building systems on complex projects.
- Experience with consulting engineering or A/E firm designing power, lighting, and low voltage systems for various project types.
- Experience with BIM, specifically Revit MEP.
Preferred:
- Lighting design experience.
- Experience and interest in sustainable building design.
- An appreciation and understanding of architectural design.
