About the Role
As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for developing electrical design drawings, generating equipment material lists, providing direction to electricians and technicians, performing field work, and maintaining plant electrical diagrams. You will also manage multiple activities simultaneously while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Electrical Engineering Design.
- US Citizenship is required.
- Must be willing to work out of an office located in Niskayuna, NY.
Preferred:
- Experience in Facility Engineering.
- VFD experience.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong project and team leadership.
- Experience interacting with a union workforce.
