ABB is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join their team in Houston, TX. The role involves project execution, contract compliance, customer satisfaction, and financial return for complex projects in the Process Automation Energy Industries division.
About the Role
As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for the electrical design and integration of systems into E-Houses and control buildings, relay integration and programming, and developing detailed engineering documentation. You will coordinate project requirements, ensure compliance with customer and company standards, and support a dynamic team environment.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent engineering degree.
- 5+ years of experience in engineering as an Electrical Engineer doing detailed design.
- Sound knowledge of engineering techniques related to HV/MV/LV switchgear, motor controls, VFDs, transformers, or electrical SCADA systems.
- Fluency in English.
Preferred:
- Professional engineering license.
