About the Role
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- 7+ years of experience in electrical system design, power distribution, and quoting and order support for custom-engineered products.
- Proficiency with electrical design software such as AutoCAD Electrical, SolidWorks Electrical, EPlan, or similar design software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to balance customer customization with standardization for efficiency.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to design accuracy.
- Experience improving engineering efficiency through automation, modularization, or process standardization.
- Project management experience, including the ability to lead cross-functional teams and track project timelines.
- NFPA 70E Certification or experience working with medium-voltage systems.
- Experience with standards such as UL 1008, UL 508, UL 891 and UL 1558.
- Interest in emerging technologies in power distribution, energy storage, or smart grid systems.
