About the Role

As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will oversee designer work, provide team technical leadership, perform quality reviews of design packages, and assist with complex design processes. You will interact with clients, owners, and contractors to assist construction on site, and work closely with client owners to establish design requirements and produce construction documents. Responsibilities include engineering and design oversight for facility power distribution systems, grounding, lighting, and low voltage communications systems, as well as preparing technical specifications and documents for bidding and construction.

About You

Required:

Bachelor's or Master of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering or Renewable Energy Engineering.
At least 10 years of engineering design experience of building electrical systems.
Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
Solid working knowledge of NFPA 70 (NEC) and IEEE standards.
Extensive design experience with electrical power system equipment/components, such as switchgears, transformers, panelboards, generators, UPS, etc.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Experience leading small and/or mid-sized projects.
