About You
- Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical construction supervision.
- Proven experience managing projects with budgets of $20 million or more.
- Extensive experience with large commercial construction projects (data centers highly preferred).
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills with experience managing multiple superintendents and foremen.
- Ability to schedule, multitask, and manage complex project timelines.
- Deep knowledge of building codes, construction processes, and electrical systems.
- Strong problem-solving aptitude and ability to resolve construction challenges.
- Computer literacy and proficiency with construction management software.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to relocate to Texas (relocation assistance provided).
- Specific experience with data center construction projects.
- Familiarity with Texas-specific electrical codes and regulations.
- Experience working in high-growth commercial construction markets.
- Background in mission-critical or industrial electrical projects.
