- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
- 7+ years' experience in embedded software development (C, C++, Java, Python).
- Experience working with global distributed teams.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with AUTOSAR.
- Knowledge of ASPICE Quality processes.
- Experience with Agile development.
- Hands-on experience with various communication protocols: SPI, I2C, LIN, CAN, CANFd, Ethernet.
