About the Role
As a Senior Employee Benefits Consultant, you will lead client teams' projects, manage the open enrollment process, and establish relationships with carriers and vendors. Your responsibilities will include analyzing claims data, creating client presentations, and recommending process improvements to enhance service delivery.
About You
Required:
- A Life Accident & Health License from the state of domicile is required and must be maintained.
- Minimum of 5 years’ account management experience in the insurance industry with a focus on Accident and Health lines of coverage.
Preferred:
- Advanced professional designation highly desirable (e.g., CEBS, CBP, etc.).
- Bachelor Degree preferred. High School Diploma or equivalent required.
