- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- At least 3 years of employee benefits sales experience.
- Proven results in sales with demonstrable quota attainment.
- Professional certification required: Life and Disability insurance license for all states within the office’s assigned territory.
- Strong prospecting skills and territory management methodology.
- Excellent driving record and insurability under corporate insurance.
