About the Role
As a Senior Engineer Level 2 - EV, you will assist in designing and executing test plans for EV charging hardware and software systems, set up and maintain test environments, perform various types of testing on Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment (EVSE), document test procedures and results, collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot issues, support compliance testing, and contribute to the improvement of test processes and automation frameworks.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in a testing or validation role.
- Familiarity with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and power analyzers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred:
- Basic understanding of EV charging protocols and power systems.
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, MATLAB) for test automation.
- Exposure to EVSE or automotive systems testing.
- Knowledge of communication protocols such as CAN, Modbus, or Ethernet.
- Experience with test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail).
