About the Role
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Physics, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-5 years of experience in ALD, PECVD, or PVD technology.
- Experience in a high-volume semiconductor clean room environment.
- Expertise in coating equipment design and electro-mechanical development.
- Experience using ASM EmerALD systems.
- Solid understanding of Design-of-Experiments execution and statistical data analysis.
- Familiarity with thin-film characterization techniques such as SEM, TEM, XRD, and XPS.
