About the Role
As a Senior Engineer, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure, you will contribute to the ongoing support of the VDI environment, work with various teams to gather technical requirements, perform upgrades and modifications, troubleshoot issues, and maintain configuration management. You will also be responsible for ensuring effective integration of VDI platforms with broader infrastructure and security services, while upholding KPMG's professional work environment.
About You
Required:
- Minimum three years of recent experience supporting and engineering Virtual Desktop Infrastructure environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD).
- High school diploma or GED required.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- Experience supporting both non-persistent and persistent VDI environments.
- Familiarity with IT service management processes such as incident, problem, and change management.
