About the Role
As a Senior Engineer, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure, you will contribute to the implementation and ongoing support of the VDI environment across multiple locations. Your responsibilities will include gathering technical requirements, performing upgrades and configuration changes, troubleshooting VDI issues, and collaborating with various teams to ensure effective integration with broader infrastructure services.
About You
Required:
- Minimum three years of recent experience supporting and engineering Virtual Desktop Infrastructure environments with strong hands-on experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD).
- High school diploma or GED required.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- Experience supporting both non-persistent and persistent VDI environments, including image management.
