About the Role
As a Senior Engineer, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure, you will contribute to the implementation, testing, and ongoing support of the VDI environment. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with various teams to gather technical requirements, performing upgrades and modifications, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining configuration management. You will also support incident resolution and ensure effective integration with broader infrastructure and security services.
About You
Required:
- Minimum three years of recent experience supporting and engineering Virtual Desktop Infrastructure environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD).
- High school diploma or GED required.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- Experience supporting both non-persistent and persistent VDI environments.
- Familiarity with IT service management processes such as incident, problem, and change management.
