About the Role
As a Senior Engineer, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure, you will contribute to the implementation and ongoing support of VDI environments, work with engineering teams to gather requirements, perform upgrades and modifications, troubleshoot issues, and maintain configuration management. You will also collaborate with various teams to ensure effective integration of VDI platforms with broader infrastructure and security services.
About You
Required:
- Minimum three years of recent experience supporting and engineering Virtual Desktop Infrastructure environments with strong hands-on experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD).
- High school diploma or GED required.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- Experience supporting both non-persistent and persistent VDI environments, including image management.
