About the Role

As a Senior Engineering Analyst, you will lead projects aimed at securing Google Ads onboarding processes, improving risk control accuracy, and preventing malicious account creation. You will collaborate with engineering and product teams to develop and scale advertiser verification methods, design and analyze validation pilots for new verification techniques, and act as a liaison to scams-verification teams. Your work will involve managing sensitive content and fulfilling on-call responsibilities as needed.

About You

Required:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in data analysis, including identifying trends and drawing insights from data.
Experience in SQL for data extraction and analysis.

Preferred:

Master's degree in a quantitative discipline.
Experience within the online advertising industry, particularly with Google Ads products.
Experience in a scripting language (e.g., Python) for analysis and automation.
Familiarity with verification technologies (e.g., liveness detection, document verification).
Ability to influence and collaborate with executive stakeholders.
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
