About the Role
As a Senior Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and analyzing computer-based solutions that meet customer requirements while managing multidisciplinary teams. Your tasks will include driving Earned Value Management compliance, championing Agile processes, managing product backlogs, and providing technical mentorship. You will also conduct risk assessments, status reporting, and coordinate internal and external dependencies, acting as the primary technical spokesperson to senior leadership and customers.
About You
Required:
- Robust background in Systems or Network Engineering.
- Proven track record managing large, complex defense projects.
- Ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with C2BMC and/or Missile Defense System architectures.
- PMP certification (Project Management Professional).
- Industry certifications such as CCNA, JNCIA, CISSP, etc.
- Agile certification from a reputable provider and hands-on experience with Agile processes.
- Experience creating, managing, and reporting on metrics/KPIs.
- Proficiency with Agile tooling (Jira, Confluence, Agility, etc.).
