About the Role
As a Senior Engineering Manager, you will oversee two critical squads: Dashboard and Growth. You will lead the creation of product-led growth experiences, manage the engineering of the customer console, and ensure high-quality feature delivery. This role requires hands-on leadership, strategic execution, and technical guidance to navigate complexity and drive team performance.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years managing and scaling agile software engineering teams.
- 10+ years building large-scale web applications, ideally in the SaaS space.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams that deliver predictably and maintain high quality.
- Experience with product discovery, delivery, and iterative improvement.
- Strong understanding of cloud architectures (e.g., AWS, GCP) and modern dev-ops practices.
- Outstanding communication skills to partner across functions and explain technical concepts.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with Go, TypeScript/React, and backend APIs.
- Experience building or managing data-intensive dashboards and analytics infrastructure.
- Prior involvement with growth/revenue-impacting engineering initiatives.
- Understanding of security considerations and compliance for SaaS platforms.
- Experience with CI/CD, testing frameworks, and performance optimization.
