About You
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or similar engineering discipline.
- At least 7-10 years successful experience in engineering roles that support operations.
- Demonstrated success in the management of people and strong leadership traits.
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating processes and identifying areas for improvement.
- Excellent organization and communication skills.
- Experience with AutoCAD.
- Lean Six Sigma certification.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as SQL and Python.
- Experience with data modeling and visualization software like PowerBI, Qlik, or Tableau.
- Project management or change management experience.
